Where we stand today
MyRxWallet Foundation is a real, filed Wyoming Public Benefit Nonprofit Corporation, incorporated July 20, 2026 — a separate legal entity from MyRxWallet North America Corporation, the for-profit company that operates the MyRxWallet health technology platform.
The IRS has recognized MyRxWallet Foundation as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity, effective July 20, 2026 (EIN 42-4056449). Contributions to MyRxWallet Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your own tax advisor about your specific situation.
